This site was created for the sale to private consumers of goods and/or services. The sale is governed by these CONDITIONS. We will notify the customer of any changes in CONDITIONS OF SALE. In which case it shall be considered effective only after the publication on the website and apply only to sales concluded following the publication on the site. The sending of the order by the Customer certifies its acceptance of the TERMS OF SALE in force at that time.
Each order sent online, must be completed in its entirety and must contain the information required to identify the customer and the products ordered, as well as the exact location of the place of delivery, on pain of nullity. FEATURES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

S.n.c. may not be able to ensure the availability of all products offered and can not therefore be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. Except as stipulated in section RECESS, sending the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of any partial delivery, or limited to products available in those ordered as well as a waiver of any claim that compensation and/or compensation. Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. delivers the product/s ordered by the Customer, according to the conditions indicated in the SHIPMENTS section, if any, or, alternatively, as indicated on the product pages or other specific pages of this website.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c., within the limits of availability as covered above, guarantee the delivery of products identical to those shown and described on the site. Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. ensures compliance with all regulations regarding the storage of goods until delivery to the place indicated in the order. Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. is responsible for all products sold. In the case of packaged products Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. is also responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on this site are only intended to facilitate the recognition of the products; in case of changes of packaging and graphic photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REDEMPTION ORDERS
Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. respects to the Decree Law 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The customer has the right to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
In this communication the Customer must indicate the product which intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The goods must not be used, washed, open from its original packaging or damaged. The merchandise also be returned in its original packaging (complete bags or closures).

Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. on receipt of goods will check their integrity and return the equivalent amount in the shortest time possible and in any event no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of returned merchandise.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Civil disputes related to the application, execution and interpretation of the contract of sale at a distance are subject to Italian jurisdiction. The responsibility is on the court of the location of Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c.. The distance contracts with Di Molfetta Pantaleo & C. S.n.c. are governed by Italian law and, although not expressly provided for, the rules of law.
Dear customer, we inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, the data provided by you during the registration to our website will be processed for the sole purpose of bringing to fruition shipping operations and billing of your order.
