Alongside our tastings of Apulian extra virgin olive oil and our mill tours, since 2014 we have created OLÌ OLÀ, a unique gourmet Puglian bruschetteria. Here, the Puglian gastronomic tradition merges with the quality of our daily PDO Olive Oil, giving life to artisanal bruschettas that are both simple and refined.
The idea behind OLÌ OLÀ is as simple as it is revolutionary: to enhance the perfect marriage between our Apulian extra virgin olive oils and traditional Puglian bread, the most authentic expression of our land. Thus was born this modern Puglian bruschetteria that celebrates local typical products through the oldest condiment: cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
The excellence of Puglian tradition
As tradition says, the simplest recipes are the hardest to perfect, and for Puglian gourmet bruschettas nothing could be truer. The quality of Puglian artisanal bread represents the foundation of our philosophy.
For this reason, we use exclusively Puglian durum wheat semolina bread, made with high-quality flours and natural sourdough. Each loaf is produced in a small artisanal bakery in the province of Bari following traditional Puglian baking techniques, arriving fresh every day to be transformed into our bruschettas.
