Do I need to register?
Making a purchase on our website is very simple. You can buy either as a registered user, by logging into your account, or as a guest user.
How can I place an order?
- Select the product you like, choose the quantity, and then click “add to cart.”
- You can add more products. Once you’ve finished shopping, click “proceed to checkout.”
- Enter your address, which will be used both as your personal address (for the invoice) and as your delivery address. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, uncheck the option “Use this address for the invoice as well.”
- It’s important to provide a phone number where you can always be reached. The courier may use it if they are unable to find you at the delivery location.
- Choose the shipping method.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- You will now see a summary of your details. If you have a discount code, enter it here.
- You can complete your order by clicking on “place order.”
- We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided during the purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam folder. The summary email will contain all the details of your order.
- At this point, you won’t be able to add more items to your order. If you want to buy additional products, you’ll need to place a new order.
- After placing the order, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
Can I make a complaint?
If a received item is defective, you can file a complaint by contacting our customer service through one of the methods listed at the bottom of this page.
Can I cancel an order or remove individual items?
To cancel an entire order or remove one or more items, contact our customer service through one of the methods listed at the bottom of this page. Select the order reference or include it in the message. You can use this option for a limited time, that is, before the order is prepared. Once the order has been prepared, it will no longer be possible to cancel it or remove individual items.
I used a discount code. If I cancel the order, can I still use it?
Cancelling the entire order may cause you to lose the discount code you used.
Orders in which a discount code was used can only be cancelled in full. It is not possible to remove individual items.
Within 24 hours of cancelling the order, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Can I reserve a product?
It is not possible to reserve one or more products on our website.
You can add products to your wishlist or cart, but this does not mean they are reserved. Another user may purchase them before you do—in that case, they will no longer appear in your wishlist or cart.
How can I find the product I'm interested in?
There are several ways to search on our website:
- Keyword search: enter a keyword in the search field located at the top right. The keyword can be a brand, product, category, or item code found in the "Product Details" section.
- Menu search: browse through the main categories.
- Filter search: within each category, you can refine your selection using search filters. This way, you can combine different criteria to find what you're looking for more quickly.
