When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.
The tracking link will be activated once your order status is marked as “shipped.”
To view the tracking link, log in to your personal account, click on “Order history and details,” and then click the “details” button next to the desired order.
On the order detail page, you will find the shipment tracking link.
Important: couriers do not deliver by appointment and phone contact is not provided.
