Description

Apulian extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed in our mill. This is a single-variety Coratina olive, giving it a characteristic Apulian flavor and aroma: intense and vigorous, fruity, slightly bitter, and mildly spicy . It also has low acidity and is rich in polyphenols.

Con l'olio extra vergine Intenso porto ogni giorno un pezzetto di Puglia direttamente sulla mia tavola. Il suo gusto intenso e fruttato è l'eccellenza della tradizione pugliese. La Bag in Box lo mantiene sempre fresco e pronto all'uso, garantendo la massima qualità in ogni piatto.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta e devo dire che sin dal primo assaggio si percepisce la lavorazione artigianale. Il sapore è fruttato e devo ammettere che è molto intenso. Ne basta davvero poco per aggiungere sapore a ogni pietanza. Lo ricomprerò.

Non sono solita lasciare recensioni, ma devo ammettere che sin dal primo assaggio questo olio ti porta in terra di Puglia. Buonissimo, fruttato, intenso (come dice il suo stesso nome). Assolutamente perfetto e super gustoso!

Questo olio extravergine è davvero gustoso e ideale per chi, come me, ama i sapori decisi. L’ho usato anche a crudo ed è spettacolare. Ottimo olio. Spedizione celere e molto accurata!
