On the nose it is very delicate with a caramelized note that forms the background to citrus and peppery hints and a trail reminiscent of tea.
On the palate, hints of bread crust and confirmation of the citrus and peppery notes with a herbaceous accent given by the olive leaf.
Hops, almost absent in the aromatic part, contribute only to the bitterness which remains light and not too persistent.

La Birra Olì è una vera sorpresa! L'utilizzo delle foglie di ulivo, unito al bergamotto e al pepe rosa, dona a questa birra un carattere unico e affascinante. Fresca e mediterranea
Amo la birra e questa ottenuta dalle foglie di ulivo mi ha subito incuriosito: devo ammettere che è un'esplosione di freschezza mediterranea. Il suo gusto è unico e avvolgente; il bergamotto e il pepe rosa aggiungono una nota di vivacità e originalità. Davvero una bella intuizione. La ricomprerò.
