Our taralli are crafted using artisanal techniques rooted in the most authentic Apulian tradition. We prepare them by hand using only extra virgin olive oil and select ingredients to ensure a simple, authentic, and flavorful product.
Each tarallo tells our idea of quality and territory: from the Classic version, to the fragrant Fennel Seeds , up to the more creative Onion and Raisin flavour, without forgetting the more rustic and complete Multicereal variant.
We offer them as a daily snack or as the star of an aperitif , designed to accompany moments of conviviality with the authentic taste of the Molfetta tradition .
