Description

Fragrant nose with floral and slightly earthy.

On the palate it has a sweet, slightly velvety caramel that evolves into a pleasant bitter taste in which the aromatic notes of olive leaf and rosemary come out very lightly.

These notes persist a little on the tongue along with a slight citrus given by the hops.

Ma che splendida sorpresa! La Birra Olà Di Molfetta ha un sapore autentico e genuino, ottenuto dalle foglie di ulivo e impreziosita dal rosmarino. assaggiarla è stato un vero piacere. Consiglio di gustarla con piatti di carne alla griglia per esaltare appieno i suoi aromi mediterranei.
